“When our DJ had to cancel 3 weeks before our wedding, we were very concerned that the reception would be ruined. Fortunately, he contacted G&R Entertainment for us and they agreed to take over the job with very little notice. We were concerned that 3 weeks was not enough preparation time to properly plan, but after meeting with Gabriel and Robert, we felt much more comfortable and at ease. When they met with us, we talked about what type of music we wanted to play, and they showed us their impressive catalog of music, while also giving us the flexibility to provide some songs on our own, if we wanted. They assured us that the wedding was about what we want.
The crowd was going to be of all races and ages, so we wanted to make sure there was a little bit of music to make everyone happy. We wanted to hear everything from 80’s music to salsa to Bob Dylan to merengue, and we did. We also wanted to make sure people were out on the dance floor having a good time. Gabriel and Robert did a great job of organizing and coordinating with the staff and wedding parties. Gabriel got everyone in order and the wedding party entrance went through without a problem.
They did a fantastic job of getting everyone out on the floor, by playing great music, and also working the crowd really well. We were extremely happy that most people, if not all, of the wedding guests were out on the dance floor the whole night. It was 10:30PM and the party was still going strong, but we had to fly out on our honeymoon, the next morning, so we had to call it a night. Otherwise, they could have easily kept the party going another few hours.
So many of the guests said it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding, and this is largely in part to Gabriel and Robert of G&R Entertainment. We both highly recommend them, and greatly appreciate everything they did for us.”
